Saturday Hybrid Experience
Virtual participants will gather together through Zoom for their Saturday conference experience, and in-person participants will gather at the locations indicated below based on which site they register for. To ensure privacy, link information for the virtual space will be sent to all registered participants emails. Registration for in-person participants begins at 9:30am, Saturday, April 10th. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
COVID Safety Guidelines At each city’s in-person hub, there will be a limit of 20 people total on site. We will require mask wearing the entire day, other than during mealtimes, and we will be socially distanced during our activities. We will check everyone’s temperature with forehead thermometers upon arrival. We will also provide hand sanitizer and extra masks on site.
