The last time Red River Black Campus Ministries gathered Black students from around the region was in Spring 2019. As a result of this retreat, we saw ministry grow exponentially the following semester leading to the largest Regional BCM Catalyst Conference ever in the Fall of 2019 with over 100 student participants. With the impacts of the pandemic, storms, and political & social unrest over the past twenty months, Red River BCM leadership felt the leading of God to gather our Black student leaders from around the region once again.
The purpose of this retreat is to provide a space for our Black InterVarsity student leaders to gather and receive contextualized support and resources to serve others on their campus. The theme for the weekend is LEADING WELL. It is our hope that once you leave our retreat space, you will feel both equipped and encouraged as you return to serve the Lord faithfully in this season.
